Thank you so much to our technician Michael for doing an absolutely wonderful job and answering all my questions! Very professional, friendly, and of course punctual! We got duct and vent cleaning services and added on the dryer vent cleaning as well. He did an amazing job. I would recommend Quality Degree to anyone needing work done in their home and of course use them again if needed!

Jacob and everyone from Quality Degree did such and amazing job on installing my new AC unit, air handler along with my wiring needed for a heat pump and all new duct work. They were here on time 8am on the dot for the 2 days to complete the work. They checked in with me on the progress of the installing along with recommendations to make my house more energy efficient to get maximum results from my new unit.
They did a wonderful job trying to keep my floors cleaned during and after they were done either for the day or upon completion.
They even installed 2 additional thermostats that I requested with no additional charge or push back. The detail they put into their work shows not only their craftsmanship but also how professional and how much care they put into their work.
1000% satisfied and happy I chose Quality Degree.

I had my new HVAC system installed by Quality Degree today and they did an outstanding job. Chris and Danny led a team that was professional and arrived on time ( actually early at my request). They laid mats to protect my hardwood floors and shoe covers. They installed the new units along with a new humidifier and smart thermostat. Once completed, they cleaned up all debris. Then they walked me through maintenance of the equipment and the operation of the smart thermostat. Great team of professionals!

Quality Degree did a fantastic job of removing our existing noisy OIL FIRED HEATER and Central Air Conditioner and replaced both with a new Gas Fired Heater and a New Central A/C unit. First off: The Craftsmanship of the Technicians was EXCELLENT. They were early on arrival , worked tirelessly throughout the entire evolution and were as courteous and polite and respectful as any contractor out there today. The guys that did our removal/installation were Jacob, Cole, Tyreek and Michael. These gentlemen explained every thing they intended to do, everything they did and best way to operate the system efficiently and safely. From start to finish , it was a very enjoyable experience. Thank You Quality Degree for sending the right people to do a great job.

I called because our heat died at the beginning of a cold spell, our house was in the 50s when I used the fireplace, and I have 3 young kids. They listed us as urgent, and came out the very same day. Aaron was fantastic, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and had the whole system up and running again within an hour. The prices were reasonable, and I absolutely loved the fact that I got a name and picture of my technician through text before he arrived. It made my husband and I feel much better about the entire thing! We will definitely be using again!

Mr Cole lukacinsky came to my home this morning with his team to install the new system and they all did great work .when-they finish the work they pick up all the garbage .I love their job they made me happy if any one want to change their hvac System just call them dont even look around the another company I was very satisfied with customer service, they were all polite and happy to answer there questions.

There was some concern about condensate draining and the routing of other lines. The Quality crew that installed my minisplit was very accommodating with my requests and together we worked toward a solution that catered to both my desires and the system requirements.

As usual Aaron was awesome. I love having "my guy" at QDI who knows my house from repeated visits. That's really nice. Aaron was helpful and suggested I look into getting an air purifier, he was not pushy at all, just informative and respectful. Thanks Aaron and QDI! Oh and PS: Erica was great too - she always works with my schedule to find a time that works. I REALLY appreciate that.
