Position Summary: We are and family-owned Heating and AC business seeking an Experienced Sales & Install Coordinator to join our team! You will be required to maintain Customer Service Satisfaction and perform routine clerical and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer database and history files
- Schedule Sales Lead appointments
- Follow up on Salesman's leads and assist where needed
- Process Installation Jobs and all paperwork needed
- Assist in managing installation projects scheduling
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Typing, mailing, emailing, filing
- Selling Maintenance Memberships
- Help Schedule maintenance visits
Requirements:
- Advanced customer service. Must have experience with handling all customers
- Highly proficient in Word and Outlook. Experienced in Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask without compromising quality
- Geographical knowledge of Nassau and Suffolk recommended
- Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Four years related experience in customer service and secretarial administrative office duties
