Position Summary: We are and family-owned Heating and AC business seeking an Experienced Sales & Install Coordinator to join our team! You will be required to maintain Customer Service Satisfaction and perform routine clerical and administrative functions.


  • Maintain customer database and history files  
  • Schedule Sales Lead appointments 
  • Follow up on Salesman's leads and assist where needed 
  • Process Installation Jobs and all paperwork needed 
  • Assist in managing installation projects scheduling 
  • Answer inbound telephone calls 
  • Typing, mailing, emailing, filing 
  • Selling Maintenance Memberships 
  • Help Schedule maintenance visits 


  • Advanced customer service. Must have experience with handling all customers 
  • Highly proficient in Word and Outlook. Experienced in Excel 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask without compromising quality 
  • Geographical knowledge of Nassau and Suffolk recommended 
  • Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills 
  • Four years related experience in customer service and secretarial administrative office duties
