A passionate enthusiast of sports, strategy games, and outdoor adventures, I find joy in spending time on the zip line we’ve installed in our backyard.  It’s a favorite activity among my wife and our four children. My family is an active bunch; while all the kids engage in soccer, two of my boys excel in competitive gymnastics, showcasing our shared love for physical activity and personal focus.

Since 2005, I have dedicated my professional life to the heating and air conditioning industry. Humbly known for my exceptional problem-solving skills, I specialize in designing innovative and comfortable conditioning solutions that cater to diverse needs and applications. My commitment to excellence is further highlighted by a series of significant certifications, including:

– EPA certification for refrigerant management,
– Tracpipe certification,
– NATE certification in both heat pump and air conditioning service,
– NATE certification in heat pump and air conditioning installation, and
– International Code Council (ICC) certified Master Mechanical.

In my current role as Quality Control Manager at Quality Degree, I am the cornerstone for ensuring the highest standards of service and installation. I provide unwavering support to comfort advisors, service technicians, and installation technicians, offering guidance on technical issues. My expertise becomes particularly invaluable when addressing complex or perplexing challenges, ensuring that every homeowner receives the best possible solution to their needs. However, if you are an existing customer or part of our HVAC Comfort Club, your problem is our problem and we will fast pass any general service call to get your issue corrected to suit your schedule to the best of our abilities. Comfort Club always has priority service, for they should never need to have an “Urgent Callout“.

So, you might be wondering why we chose an Iguana as our mascot. Well, it all started as a funny little joke about my temperature sensitivity. You see, just like me and many others, iguanas have this quirky habit of loving a very particular temperature range that shifts with the seasons.

But as time went on, that cute Iguana image evolved into something much more meaningful for our team. It became a symbol of our shared philosophy and core values.
