1. Professional Estimates & Scope of Work

Quality Degree Inc. provides comprehensive HVAC, plumbing, and home maintenance solutions.

  • Preliminary Estimates: All pricing provided via phone, email, or https://www.qdihvac.com/ is a non-binding estimate.
  • On-Site Verification: Final project costs are determined after an on-site evaluation. For HVAC installations and duct sealing (Aeroseal), a physical performance analysis is required to ensure system sizing and efficiency meet Pennsylvania building codes.
  • Triage Basis: Urgent callouts are prioritized on a triage basis. Members of our HVAC Comfort Club receive "fast-pass" priority service and are exempt from standard urgent callout wait times.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

By contacting us at (941) 928-7702, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages for:

  • Appointment Logistics: Reminders, technician ETAs, and "on-my-way" alerts.
  • Emergency Service: Real-time communication for 24/7 urgent HVAC or plumbing failures.
  • Service Quality: Follow-up satisfaction check-ins and Comfort Club maintenance reminders.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.

3. Licensing, Insurance & Guaranteed Workmanship

QDi is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. With over 25 years in business, we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all work. If a service does not meet industry standards, we are dedicated to correcting the issue to suit your schedule and our commitment to 5-star service.

4. Punctuality & Regional Delays

While we strive for promptness, QDi is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Heavy traffic across the PA Turnpike or local corridors in Montgomery and Berks Counties.
  • Severe weather events (snow, ice, or extreme humidity) that may delay outdoor equipment installation.
  • Supply chain shortages for high-efficiency units from brands like Bosch, Lennox, or Goodman.

5. Advice & Air Quality Disclaimer

Information on our website regarding hospital-grade filtration, humidity controls, and home sealing is for educational purposes. It is not a substitute for a professional duct performance analysis. QDi is not liable for DIY attempts made by the client based on digital content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. We are not liable for incidental damage to property during pest control or handyman services that were not caused by direct negligence.
