As the owner of Quality Degree Heating & Air, Bill takes great pride in the company he has built and, most importantly, in the lasting relationships he has developed with customers, employees, and members of the community. His commitment to integrity, honesty, and exceptional service has been the foundation of his leadership and the company’s continued growth.

Bill believes that successful HVAC service goes beyond addressing an immediate problem. His approach is to take the time to understand each customer’s needs, identify the root cause of an issue, and provide thoughtful, long-term solutions whenever possible. He is committed to ensuring that customers feel informed, comfortable, and confident in the decisions they make for their homes.

Although he has decades of industry experience, Bill remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Quality Degree Heating & Air. He enjoys working alongside his team and helping foster a culture built on professionalism, accountability, craftsmanship, and genuine care for the customer.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of the time away from the HVAC industry. For Bill, the greatest measure of success is not only the company he has built, but the people and relationships that have been part of the journey.
